My girls will tell you they’ve known this all along!!!   I found this at Coffee and a Muffin, turns out that Kim and I have the same quirk factor!  If you take part in this, be sure to let me know so that I can bounce over and see how you did!

Your Quirk Factor: 52%
You’re a pretty quirky person, but you’re just normal enough to hide it.
Congratulations – you’ve fooled other people into thinking you’re just like them!

  • lol So we’re just quirky enough, eh? 😉

  • :spinning: 62%  That’s me! :spinning:

  • Oh good grief! 52%??? If you’re gonna be quirky you gotta do it right!

  • Okay………30%.  So what does this tell us???  It means that you girls must get it from your mother:fun::eek::lol:

  • Thanks for coming by.  About the pencil sleeve…yes, that was on my site.  Just click February 2007 in my archives.  I don’t have a tutorial for it or anything.  It isn’t hard to improvise if you want to try making one.  Have fun!

  • I only got 29% quirky but we all know that isn’t right. ;0)

  • 39% for me…. I blend in well with society…. LOL … have a great night… Annie

  • I have been reading your blog for a while now, and have really enjoyed reading what you have to write.  I really look up to you, and so I would like to ask you for advice.

I am a homeschooling mom of 4 boys aged 7, 5, 3, and 1.  I have been trying to find a happy medium where I keep up with the school and the housework without going crazy!  I think I have found that, and I seem to do well all week, but on the weekends, it never fails, that all my hard work falls apart.  I’ve prayed to the Lord for wisdom…..it just seems that I am burnt out or something on the weekend, I have no get up and go, I feel discouraged, tired, I don’t know, then come Monday morning…..my house looks like a giant came along and picked it up, shook it around, and put it back.

Do any thoughts come to your mind?  Really, I honestly think that I’ve found a good routine for the week.  Not too hectic, but at the same time, I get the basics done, with maybe a little extra here and there.  I just don’t know how to handle the weekends!  I think I’ve been programmed into thinking that the weekends are for laying around, and I am having a hard time shaking that!  I would like to be able to relax on Sunday…..I just hoped that maybe some ideas would come to your mind.  How do you look at your weekend?

I have my time with the Lord every morning.  I had my time with him Saturday.  I didn’t have time with him Sunday, I found that I was so depressed by the state of my house, that I barely got up in time to throw clothes on the kids and run out the door for church!  That’s another thing entirely!  I need to start getting ready for church the night before………but never do!  ANY thoughts?

  • Well Mrs. Copper’s Wife, you and I have the exact same score, maybe that’s why we get along so well:lol:

  • Monique – Please e-mail me and send me your e-mail address!  I would love to talk to you about this, but I’d prefer to e-mail you privately, if that’s alright.  You can e-mail me at linebargATsoftcomDOTnet (be sure to replace the words in CAPS with the appropriate symbols).  I would love to hear from you!!!  Write soon! 🙂
