  • Your menu sounds really yummy. I love the recipe for the chicken rice! I will have to try that.

    Have a blessed week,

  • Mmm… Lots of good stuff on the menu at Copper’s house this week. šŸ™‚

I need to get back on the ball with the menu planning. Time just seems to get away from me, and another week goes by.

  • Mmm. We’ll pop over on Thursday night for the Med.Pie. I’m of Serbian descent and it’s been a very long time since I’ve made a dish similar to yours. I use ground lamb, kalamata olives and a touch of nutmeg and cinnamon, in addition to some of the same ingredients you use in your recipe. Yum…. both ways…. Yum!

  • Looks like I might just have to stop by for breakfast, or lunch… or even dinner! šŸ˜† Hope your days even out soon… šŸ™‚
