I am late, late, late getting my weekly menu posted.  In fact, we had eaten two of this week’s menu items before I even prepared the menu!!!!  Did I mention we celebrated Aaron’s 14th birthday yesterday?  And that we had a really great time?  And that his 3:00 afternoon family party lasted until after 10:00?!?!  I’ll post some pictures and stuff later of that.  Oh, it was fun!  Consequently, I am late getting my menu written up.  Small price to pay for the great fun we had, though!

We are eating out far more than we are comfortable with this week, but that’s just the way things go sometimes.  Our eating out this week will all be quite enjoyable times, so the blow to the budget will be easier to bear!  I only have one recipe to share with you, and it should be directly below this post.  As always, for more menu planning inspiration, check out this week’s Menu Plan Monday.
