Test Drive

My husband and I took my Christmas/birthday present out for a test drive today.

After shooting more than 200 rounds (me) and 100 rounds (him), we came home.  These were my last ten shots.  I should have kept my next-to-the-last target.  It was better.  My sites are a bit off, and they are fixed, so I spent most of my time (and ammo) working on that.  Half way through, my husband had me change my grip just a bit, which started me back at square one.  I’m looking forward to our next outing.

Most of you were expecting a real blog post.  I owe many of you return messages.  I owe a couple of dear friends e-mails.  Please be patient.  It’s spring time and spring brings quite a bit more work with it.  I am also doing my best to assist my husband with some increased responsibilities that he has taken on for our church.  This is all work that I am blessed to have, but it does take time.

I will, always, keep my priorities in this order:
          1.  My relationship with the Lord
          2.  My relationship with my husband and my role as his helpmeet
          3.  My children/homeschooling (which also includes my married daughter and grandchildren)
          4.  My home
          5.  My church/ministry
          6.  Everything else

You all are the best for your patience and understanding!

God bless you as you look well to the ways of your household!
