You all are so thoughtful and kind. I’ve had so many emails and messages from gals wondering how we are and if everything is okay. To those of you who have left worried comments recently, I apologize. I appreciate your prayers and kind notes. I am very thankful for those of you who have continued to place your Amazon orders through my link. Most of all I appreciate your kind understanding at my lengthy blog absence. Here’s a peek at our summer so far:
(Tickling my grandson on Father’s Day)
(WIPE OUT!! No actual granddaughters were harmed in the taking of this photo!)
(And the little guy wins!)
(County Fair fun!)
(My kids will try anything – once.)
(U.S. Army recruits on the obstacle course.)
(Dancing with Grandpa at lunchtime)
(He was a bit embarrassed to see his photo displayed at the County Fair.)
(Dani with the model for her ribbon-winning picture (top right)!)
(My granddaughter’s first birthday shopping trip with Grandma & Grandpa!)
(The carousel at the mall.)
(A trip to the mall MUST include Cinnabons!)
As you can see, we are okay. It’s been an incredibly different few months for us. These have been months God has used to make some changes in the way many things are done in my home. It’s all good, of course. It’s all from the loving hand of God, what else could it be? I’ll share more when the time for blogging opens up again. In the meantime, though, just know that I’m living this life set before me, making my way step by step along His carefully hewn pathway, and praising Him for His grace and mercy.
God bless you as you look well to the ways of your household!
